About BoardOutlook

Who we are

Founded in 2019, BoardOutlook is an Australian-based software platform that empowers Boards to take control of their performance. Utilised by listed Boards, large private businesses, and non-profits, BoardOutlook enables directors to adopt a data-driven approach to decision-making and Board effectiveness.

The platform supports continuous improvement across Board evaluation, Board composition/skills matrix, CEO feedback, and various other governance needs. BoardOutlook can be used as a standalone solution or alongside consultant support.

Operating globally, BoardOutlook serves clients in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, North America, South America, and the Middle East. In 2023, BoardOutlook launched its first international office in London, serving multiple FTSE100 clients.
