The board's role in overseeing AI
About this event
Every board is now having the AI conversation, and most are having it without a shared frame. This roundtable brings a small group of directors together to work through what effective oversight of AI actually looks like: where the board's role begins and ends, which risks belong in the boardroom, and how to tell genuine capability from theatre.
The session runs under the Chatham House Rule. There is no panel and no pitch, just a candid, facilitated conversation among peers who are wrestling with the same questions. Numbers are deliberately kept small so everyone contributes.
